Hi, I'm Alice, Welcome to my food blog!

I am a self taught home cook, trying to reproduce restaurant quality meals in my tiny little kitchen.

I live the interesting life of a Canadian immigrant thrown into a new world of strange and fascinating variety of amazing food, so much that my mind explodes with every new taste, smell and sight...meaning my kitchen never stops buzzing

My life consists of my day job as a systems engineer , and every other time spent either cooking, watching food shows, talking about food, thinking about food or trying out restaurants..... i also try to sneak in some other inconsequential things like sleeping and other hobbies in there.
